I know this is somewhat of a long shot. Is there a source for the gasket material for the 184, 175, 17 that comes in a roll ? I hate to pay 30.00 + dollars for each beacon that I need to do as I have several that does not have the gaskets. Any help would be much appreciated . Thanks Rick

This may sound goofy, but here goes. Back in the day, when we switched out cars, we used

rubber hose from the auto parts store. We cut a length off the roll and shoved a wood dowel rod

into it. We then made a single cut length-wise with a razor knife. It wasn't factory but we made it work

Same here, Pete! I used 1/4 rubber hose and carefully cut down the center length-wise of one side and used it both as the dome and base gasket for my 176 Beacon Ray.

I may have access to "gasket" material in sheets about (iirc) 5" x 9", would that work for you? I'll check the exact size at work tomorrow

I sell the base gasket material that Dcaptain has in rolls up to 100'. Let me know how many beacons you have and what types, i.e. 184, 17 short and 175 tall. this tells me how long you need.

If you're still interested I have access to aprox 6" x 6" rubber gasket material for around $2 each plus whatever shipping is.

Let me know
