Hello all! This light came up in another post so in an effort not to hijack that thread here is it's own thread. I picked this light up a little while back off the bay. It is in very good condition and everything functions properly. It came with a very good condition dome with only a few handling marks. It has a full uncut power cord and plug. Flash Ball lights are getting hard to come by and this is only my second in the collection. Please see the attached pictures as they tell the story far better than I can.
Thanks!.
Chris

Yeah it just a Blinky winky light, nothing fancy. Tried a video before but it didn't look right. I like the Flash Balls because of their part in the fire ball family history. When you think about it, flashing , non rotating/moving lights have been a large part of emergency lights from the beginning. I think that is ironic that flash balls were the economy version at the time of there development, and now are more valuable than a regular fire ball:)

What is the history of the Flashball? Back in the late 60S the blue light laws in PA said no blue to the rear. That's when I saw the Flashballs showing up. A couple guys had red/blue split lens to counter that.
