For sale I have a W/B/W/B, B/W/B/W Star-Signal StarBurst Split Phantom. It has the universal brackets, and a full length but cut cord. It is the cig-plug model, so it has an on/off/steady burn switch on the bar, as well as a flash pattern button. Its in excellent condition, used by a volunteer in a not very busy dept. I'm asking 300 shipped, OBO. Comes with everything you see in the pictures.
