I ran across this blog article about the CAM Manufacturing Company, and thought there might be interest in it. It is an interview with a retired worker from the company.

CAM was a small company in Marin County California. I don't think their sirens are very well known and a unique feature to many California emergency vehicles of the 1940s and 50s.

This is a very nice siren manufacturer.
I have a restored CAM 104 and I really like it.
Maybe not exactly as much as I like B&M sirens but close.
