Can i use a Code MX 7000 frame for a excalibur

I saw this nice excalibur lightbar, but its to long and a heavy to ship...
So i want to have the long aluminum base removed, that way its possible to make a 3 parts light-bar in one box. I already own a very barebone MX7000, so basically my question would be, is the frame/base of a mx7000 and excalibur the same? Help appreciated!

You can as long as the frame has 3 grooves on the inside if the frame
