The first photo is of a Kansas Highway Patrol, I think, and they have used many different red single revolving lights over the years.
I would guess that this is a K-D Lamp.

I have seen the second photo before of this Michigan State Police car and it look like some type of special order Stirling siren-light.

The third photo shows a McDermott Circle Beam in blue, which I think is very uncommon for this light.

The British police car on the fourth photo have a Zumro Stem-Lite in the middle surrounded by four Hella KL70.

The last photo, I have not any guess but the car is some type of home built show car so I do not know if the siren with light is home built also.

This are at least my thoughts.

I did not remember this Stirling 20 Twin Sirenlite when I wrote my previous messege but I found this info when I looked through my files.

I also found this add of the McDermott model 806 Circle Beam.

The picture with the circle beam is a B&W that was colorized (and not very well) so the light may have very well been red.

Yes, and if you notice, the Blue Circle Beam has a different mounting base than the typical. I have seen this type of mounting before.
Exactly, thats why I held off saying it was a McDermott. I have one and the base is nothing like that one on the car. Also looks like its missing the center knob on the top like the McD has.

What's with the headlights on the MSP Ford? Looks like they were mounted with some kind of gray tape. I know those "eyebrows" would start rusting in the first year or two, but not THAT quickly.
