I'm installing a Carbide into a 2020 Ford Utility for the first time and I'm not getting any inputs from the vehicle through the OBDII interface cable. Green diagnostic LED shows Can 1 no signal. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Have you tried Yelling WORK Damn You at it first? Sometimes they need encouragement before resorting to a hammer after tech support says, well send it in to us and for 135.00 plus parts we can fix it!! I'm guessing you checked wiring of the connector and plugged a scanner in the port to make sure it's not the cars port first?

Even though this is a old post I'm going to chime in on it because I just went through the same issue with the 2020 interceptor utility I'm currently upfitting.
Check the CANport OBD II cable that came with your Carbide. Make sure you have part number 01-0488327-04.
Whelen mistakenly sent the old style harnesses out in many of the Carbide units purchased in late 2019.
It is a completely different CANport cable than the earlier ones and does not plug into the OBD II connector. This one connects to a pigtail under the hood.
Do yourself a huge favor and check this cable before installing any of the electronics and hardware!
