10/14/1973 a conflagration took out 18 blocks of Chelsea, MA. Here is a good documentary about it. If you ask me, Chelsea needs another one. But that's a story for another day.

I am ashamed to say I had to search "what is a conflagration" on youtube to know what you were talking about without watching the video. If anybody else is uneducated like me, conflagration is "big ass fire".
