Clear mini jet dome "end cap"

the clear one i have is very hazy and has 2 screw holes in it from where the red filter was attached on the inside...

if you have a art number I can order a new one. But all the new endcaps come with those holes in it. You need to put black plugs in them. I think the new endcap comes with them in it
