This is a Code 3 6100 series beacon I built up about the year 2000 or so for use on vehicles for work tasks when I didn’t or couldn’t mount a full light bar. In the housing it has two MR16 EXT takedown / floods, an LP rotator, and a set of stationary flashers made of LP rotators with shiny reflectors but broken gears (a common malady of the LP 6000). Loops of stout wire keeps them immobile, and the lamps are driven by a 360RD flasher. It has an amber filter on the rotator and red/amber filters on the rear stationaries. Small package, but a very useful light. Still use it when it’s needed
