The dang motors were buring up or just wouldn't work.

Was it the motors or the stingray controller?

I purchased a real nice one a while back from a small town FD. I have always liked the simplicity and brightness of these bars. Mine had 4 rotators and a pair of stingrays like the one the OP has. I love the effect of the mirrors so I moved the stingrays inboard and added diamond mirrors.

I value the time I have with mine because I have heard the stingrays have a high failure rate. I was under the impression that it was the controller that goes. If so, they can still just rotate without the controller. Motors for these should be a dime a dozen.

@Jennifer Rose Towing Honestly it all depends.. some were the controller box, some were the motor. I have had a mixed bag as to what has failed.
I've been able to cannibalize a few to get others working..
But its common to see then disabled or locked into only 1 mode.
