Wanted Code 3 model V-Con #3691L4

For a vintage restoration I'm working, I'm in the market for a Code 3 V-Con model #3691L4 control box.  This specific model I'm looking has deleted the Air Horn button on them.  While they look very similar, I do not need the model that includes the air horn button as I already have one of those, but am hoping to find the other model.  PM me with details/photo(s) if you have one available.
