I have an old MX and the model 700 flasher finally died. Do any of you know if the 711 model flasher will work? Seems like I tried it before and something didn’t match up. The bar is a center speaker model with two flashers alternating up front and 4 flashers alternating in back.

Thanks in advance for any info you can provide.

Hi Rich, I have one I am working on currently with the same issue. The 700 I have is the same size as the 711 and I will be swapping them out. I tested the wiring and all worked well but I haven't put it fully back together yet. They appear dimensionally the same so I am not anticipating problems.

It just has a different pattern. One of them has an extra pattern but I forget what one. Otherwise they would swap out just fine.

Ok thanks! I do have a 711 here. As I recall it would alternate and then go into a double flash pattern. Maybe I didn’t have it wired right.
