I have 2 XL5Ks. One has 795 bulbs, serial A11611. The other has H1 bulbs serial C12787. Can anyone match generation to model (Force4/XL5K) ?

Since the Force 4 moniker was thrown on many lights other then just the XL series, I'd be curios to know if the H1 was on newer bars or the 795/796 bulbs.

I think just about every XL5000 "style" bar I have has the bayonet style bulbs. And the Force 4 SD bar that I had that was from 1981 also had bayonet bulbs.

so maybe the H1 bulbs are on newer?

I have an ambulance xl5000 that has 3 rotators 2 with 795 bulbs and 1 rotator is H1 bulb.

Still wish i had the frame all the parts were on, but jackass me couldnt get frame off due to all the stuff used to keep it secured to the roof it was on :(

But cant complain, got the domes, rotators and all the cascade mirrors and a couple smaller lights for $65.00 off the rig

I'd hazard to guess the H1 bar is newer due to the serial. The domes just say XL while the 795 bar has one force 4 xl and one code 3 xl dome on each end. Guessing the 795 is a bit of a frankenbar.
