That looks like it started life as an Economy TwinSonic. It's missing the stainless steel strip along the front. I can't tell if it's just the lighting, but it also looks like the speaker grille may be made of aluminum instead of stainless.
Edited to add: I just noticed the seller listed the model number as 12EV. However, the presence of X mirrors makes me wonder if Constable Equipment replaced the V mirrors with X mirrors, or if they were swapped at some point later.
