Covert install idea . . . opinions needed

I like to keep all my lighting very hidden. I had the idea that I could get a 10-75 LP bracket and the sides would obviously be covered. Here is where it gets tricky. I would like to also mount 2 linz6's toward the front inside the bracket. In order to make this work I was thinking I could make my own "thin red line" license plate out of some sort of plexiglass that was tinted. This would allow the lights to punch through without a problem and still keep them hidden when they are off. I already have 2 linz6's mounted above my headliner that punch through 5% tint without a problem.

Here are my questions;

Is there "depth" room inside the bracket to do this?

Any pointers on what exactly to make this license plate out of?

Thanks for your input!

IDK about the depth needed, but for the plate, I would probably buy a regular red line, then cut on the spots for the lights. Then, put a thin, black mesh where you cut the holes. Put some black pantyhose over the light heads and you should be good to go. I would suggest TIR style since they will punch through better.

After thinking about it a little more I do think cutting out holes will work the best. Then I can just get one of the tinted covers that they sell at the local auto parts store. I guess the first step is getting the bracket ordered.

How about covering the holes, and the whole red line with red lens material, from an old lens or red transparent plexi. This will allow the full force of the red LEDs to punch through. I'm assuming you have a red LED with a clear lens.
