I have come across more then a handful of Twinsonic and AeroDynic out of service covers during my lightbar adventures. Did Federal make them? I can't answer but there were 3rd party options that did.

I have seen some out-of-service covers, not sure who made them. $2000 for a good condition CTS? Not me.
