Custom brackets for Fusion split bar For Explorer

I recently bought a used Fusion split bar from a Dodge Ram. I’m trying to mount it in a ‘10 Explorer. The bar fits damn near perfect and I’m needing to make the hinged side of the visor brackets. Has anyone made any brackets for a 06-10 Explorer?

Don't know if you still need this. If you shoot me some pictures and measurements. I should be able to fabricate something.
