I recently picked up a used 2005 CVPI. The drivers side high beam does not work. My first thought was that since they took the wig wag flasher out and didnt put the jumper on, that was the issue. I got the appropriate flasher and plugged it in. The flasher works properly, but the high beams still dont work. The bulb is good, but i replaced it anyway just to be sure. Any htoughts?

Chances are, there's a cut high-beam circuit between the two headlights. You'd need to find the cut wire and restore it or incorporate it with the flasher as directed. You can unbolt the front grill (not bumper cover) using a 7/16 nutdriver tool and the bottom tabs will just pop out when the nuts are removed so you can access the wiring better.

Check by the passenger side headlight harness. Look for the green with black stripe. Most times its cut there if the plug and play was not used. If not try Sean's idea too
