Nice used light that DOES NOT WORK. 
I don't have time to tear in to this. Could be just a bad bulb...or it could be the power supply. Comes with correct dome. Retaining band incorrectly labels it a 7-40 which it is not. Also missing the "Dietz Strobe" tag on the front despite the rivets still being there. No cracks in the dome. Looks nice as is.
