Does the WeCan Inner Edge Plug directly to the Cencom Carbide?

I want to change out my ILB for a wecan version because our purchasing department finally spent a little more money this year and got the cencom, but the current bar is the LC version.

I've never installed a wecan product, does the wecan port go straight to the cencom unit or do you have to use the control point?

Thanks!

Does your CenCom have the WeCan port on the back? if so yes. If not then you will have to wire the control point to the CenCom.

All cencom Carbides have the option to plug up to 3 or 4 WC devices on it to.
So you are saying the Lightbar is LC and you have a WC inneredge?

It will work than. even if it had a WC lightbar u can still use it. just wire it up to the 3 wire WC port and Program the Carbide to let it know that you have installed the Inner Edge and what pattern you want it to use...

No, it's a slick top with a LC Inner Edge, but I want to buy a WC Inner Edge FST when they are released. Just want to prep the vehicle so I can plug and play when I get it.

Sounds Like I will have to wait, though, to run the WC cable from the front to the rear where the Cencom is mounted.

I read in another post somewhere that you have a ton of different programs for Carbide. I'd be interested in some of them, if it's possible. Anything with great flash patterns for the Slide Switches would be much appreciated.
