Hello everyone!
In the infinite quest for new blinkies, I have found another Dominion Automotive 4-way flasher. It came in rough shape. The ID tag is almost unreadable and in sad shape. The chrome is thin-spotted beyond polishing so I did the best I could. The skirt is also cracked at the ID tag. These beacons are getting so hard to find that although it is far from perfect, I didn't argue about the cosmetics of it. It was fitted with a 4005 amber Do-Ray dome. (It is the second 4-way fitted with a 4005 so I'm starting to think might be they came with these domes for some times) I had a spare NOS Dominion blue dome for it so it remains a pretty sight.
Worth remarking that this 4-way is fitted with a chrome plated skirt, where they were usually fitted with steel skirt with baked flat black enamel paint. The dome gasket is in good shape. Base gasket was somewhere replaced with another kind.
Much like the Federal Signal 044, this beacon was flashing alternating pair of seal-beams.
The last pic show my other amber 4-way, restored last year.
Enjoy!
