I WILL TRY AND RESOVE ANY PAST ISSUES ON A 1 ON 1 BASIS . ANY SHOUTING,LASHING OUT OR RUDE BEHAVIOR WILL NOT BE WELCOMED AND WILL BE BLOCKED FROM MY CONTACT INFO . I AM HERE TO RESOLVE ISSUES AND HELP IN ANY I CAN TO BRING THE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIANCE I HAVE LEARNED IN MY 25 YEARS OF THE RESTORATION BUSINESS . I have had my set backs and personal hardships in the the past however I never once intended to upset anyone or for any issues that have occured . It may take some time . to please everyone However I am willing to try . Thank you all for the business over the years . lets see if we can move forward without any further issues. First, good on you for taking a moving forward approach, we can only go forward never redo what we have done in the past. Second, I'm going to call out the irony of using all caps while calling for "no shouting". Third, if you need the help of the staff to help you get these deals closed, reach out to us we are all here to help. I myself am no stranger to life's little adversities getting in the way of lightbar deals. Let's get this all settled like adults and move on.
