So this light is NOS, in box, with all accessories (instructions, round metal disc with velcro for dash mounting and flash back eye shield).
It was cheap and kinda unique since it was new in box. I understand that this series were more geared towards industrial use rather than emergency/public safety use. It's a sizable light, so much so I believe it would be hard to fit on a dash, even in older vehicles. Being that the instructions were dated 1989, there were more compact and brighter options for dash use. The bulb is listed as a 1076, 23watt bulb.
