Hit up member "theroofable". I'm not sure if he is looking for work, but I know he does installs from time to time and is located in NC. I've dealt with him numerous times, great guy!

Thanks guys, got an add rolling on Craigslist. Man got some "interesting" people out there. One person with a couple of degrees looking for work. Job market must be bad out there.

And we are looking to expand yet again.  We need a good installer in the Raleigh/Fayettville market. Or somewhere in between.

"Amen Jduke"  Trying to find experienced installers or radio techs is very hard. We get some very creative and very lazy resumes. From as far as Dubai and Kuwait as well.

Biggest issue now of days is not one wants to pay installers or radio techs good money.   An installer should be making 27 to 32 an hour

You get what you pay for.  there too many underpaid and bad installers around.   32.00 an hour this day in age is not that much .  I make 35.00 at the power company and work with  480volts.     its time for installers to get paid what they are worth .  its not the 70's anymore .    Some one should unionize them

That's feasible with $100 plus an hour labor rates.  Just baffling that ten years at an average law enforcement agency nets you $21 an hour
