It was "interesting" there today. Overpressure in the gas lines going to the buildings in the Village caused multiple simultaneous structure fires.

PDs from all over Lake County were helping with traffic & such, and FDs from Lake, Geauga, Ashtabula, & Cuyahoga Counties were fighting fires. I'll check with the wife, but I think there were something like 27 different FDs on scene.

I was in the area that morning, and I can tell you that the whole town reeked of gas, you had fire's left and right and firefighters scrambling around in the frigid temps.

I took some photo's, only had the chance to shoot the apartment fire before I suffered from frostbite :duh: and before I had to head back to work.

When I was going home from work on Monday, I passed a dozen Dominion trucks going N/B on I-77 in Summit County. I bet I know where they were going.
