Fastener Question

I need to replace the wire attached to this fastener. Can anyone identify the fastener and type of driver needed to remove it? Thanks!

From what I know, those are called, "solid rivets". To remove them you must drill them out and then use a punch to help facilitate complete removal. Check out YouTube for some helpful videos.

In several occasions I have used a small flat screwdriver to bend the ”wings” apart on the cable connector so much that the cable can be pulled out.
Then I have installed a new cable and solder it to the cable connector and then pressed the ”wings” back as much as
