Federal 176 Amp Draw needed

If the bulbs are 55w, and there are 4 bulbs, that's close to 18 amps. Allow 3 amps for the motor (guessing), you'll be close to 21 amps. You would probably be ok with 12ga, unless you have a run over 6-8 feet. Otherwise, 10ga is recommended for up to around 18 feet. This should give less than 3% voltage drop. The concern is voltage drop, and heating of the wire. If the amp draw is specifically known, there are wire size tables for amp draw vs length you can Google.

OK. That will put the bulb draw at around 2.5A per bulb, X4, for around 10 amps, plus what ever the motor pulls. I'd guess total draw to be around 12-13 amps. 12ga should be satisfactory for anything under 16 feet. If the motor draw was known, it'd be helpful.

3 amp draw is a good guess for the motor.. depends on condition. normally 1-2 amps if maintained and in good shape.
