Federal Dual Tone model 76 siren, help decoding serial number

Hello folks. Today I picked up a NICE Fed Sig Model 76B dual tone mechanical siren with brake! It's in very good condition, works great with excellent "coast". Some sanding and minor prep work, it will be ready for paint and should look brand new.

Serial number is 2A11A1. Anyone have any intel on how to break that down? I'm curious about its manufacture date.
