Federal Signal CN Signalmaster LED Issue

Hey everyone. I have a CNSM8R that has a problem. One head on the right, next to the last isn’t flashing and looks like maybe two of the LEDs on the right side end head are out as well. They are beside each other and everything else seems to be in working order. Is this a wiring issue or more complex? Was curious if anyone has dealt with this issue and what can be done to fix it? I have attached pics of the light and controller. Any help is greatly appreciated.

*UPDATE*
Just wanted to give an update on my issue with the Federal Signal CN SignalMaster. Apparently there was defect in the solder that was used on these units and FS fixed the issue as long as it was under warranty. Mine was just a month or two out but think they are going to honor it. Hoping this will help someone if they have or had this issue.
