Federal Signal H.I.D. Spectra System

Anyone here have video/photos of the Federal H.I.D. Spectra System? It's the system with the fibre optic-like "pipe" setup with a single bulb powering multiple lightheads.

Seems like it was interesting in theory but probably a poor performer in practical use. Can't seem to find much out there about it.
