Great job. Was that a donor Fiber board or did you find a replacement somewhere. I have been making them out of Kydex for repairs. New would be a lot easier. Also did you find a place to get new Bushings?

Can you write some words regarding the steps and done work.


take everything apart first. So you can clean everything.

i collect lights and light parts over 15 years.
So i have some old motors to "cannibalize" it, if i need missing parts or bushings.

The Motor housing and screws get galvanize fist.
After that you can put together all Motor housing parts.

For this step you need new semi tubular rivets and a tool to put it togehter.

Now you can put all other parts together.

After you reassemble all parts, you only need to check the funktion.

Now its time for a new life in a Beacon Light
