Federal Signal Serial Wire

Hello all!

I recently bought a federal signal raydian that had the serial cable cut by the previous department as part of the sale process. Since they didn't include the rj45 jack for me to reconnect everything, does anyone know if a regular cat5 cable will work? I searched the forums but couldn't find anything......but I've been known to be wrong before

looking at the bottom of the cable, it should be
Orange/wht
Orange,
Green/wht
blue
blue/wht
green
brn/wht
brn.

Both sides. It is a standard cable.

I ran into the same problem, but my cable colors are different. Any Ideas?

Go to any hardware store that sells them. I bought a 6ft cable at Lowes and works just like the factory cable. Just needs to have all 8 wires.
