I have a dept. that runs smart sirens, I do not have much experience with these. Their issue is the left alley button lights up dim red like all the others but when pushed it does nothing, no beep no bright red light and no left alley. I am getting no output at the terminal block on the brain. Is this how a bad fuse is indicated as the bulb on the bar is good.

I believe this might be a Control Head issue. If it was a fuse on the brain it would still light up on the control head. Maybe there is something wrong with the membrane on the control head. I would try and swap out the control heads to see if it makes a difference. Thats if you can.

I went back and worked on it tonight, I simply held the button down for about 30 seconds and it started working again.
