Federal Signal SW400 switchbox - Works great

This switchbox works great and has the factory pigtails with 15 inches of wire. Slide switch with four additional rocker switches and green backlighting. Everything works as it should.

The slide switch is missing its knob and there are some other cosmetic blemishes. It's hard to tell but in the fourth picture you can see that all of the lights work, including the label backlighting.
