Saw this on ebay, is on a fedsig sw400 switch box, stamped city of Phoenix. Is that an accesory Fedsig made or just some type of quick disconnect plug?

Look at http://www.digikey.com, it's an Amphenol type connector. I brought one of those switch boxes. If I use it, I'll just cut the plug off. You can purchase the matching connector.
I have one of the Phoenix PD SW400s and it had that same plug on it. I couldn't find a match for it and didn't really need it, so I cut it off.

You can find the mate at Newark, Allied Electronics and I'm sure any number of other vendors. Its just a fancy quick disconnect plug.
