Feniex 4200 Problem

Well First of all I am not sure if this is in the right place or not, so if not Please dont castrate me as things have changed from when they used to be lol.

I just bought a 4200 controller and I am having an issue programming it. I have tried 2 different computers as well as 2 different cables and I am not able to get the computers to recognize it. The only thing it does is when connected to a computer the little green light on the unit starts to flash. Now either computer will not show up as the controller in the device manager so I believe either computer is not able to find it. anyone have any tips or tricks? I would like to get this figured out asap as I have everything installed for this and cant run any of my lights until I can figure it out. All help would be great appreciated. Thanks

Are you plugging into the relay body or the control head? The control head is what is programmed. The relay body USB port is only used by Feniex at the factory. Here's a link to the instructions if you don't have a copy.

Yeah, that was the issue. Thanks. For some reason I thought it was the power unit that needed programming. I need to stop doing these late night installs. Thanks again.
