Feniex Cannon Issue

I have two alike amber/white Feniex Cannon v2 (with the long driver). Now one I got working to what I need. The other is giving me an issue.

The second one seems to be stuck with all 12 LEDs on meaning amber and white at the same time and seems to be stuck in a single color mode with flash patterns. Any idea what it could be? Possible driver issue?

Definitely a driver issue unless theres breaks in the wires somewhere

warranty it out for a new quad and then buy another quad.. i dont like the new patterns though
