Feniex Hammer Issue

So I had a customer who insisted on installing a few Feniex products. I am trying to install a new Hammer. For the wiring it is basic. Ground, power and trigger wire. The issue I am having is that as soon as I hook up the ground wire, it is feeding back through the power wire for just a couple seconds. It's enough to blow a fuse and mess with my relay I am trying to use.

I have never had any luck with getting support from Feniex. You call and all you get is someone who takes your info and SAYS someone will call you back, but they never do.

I am assuming it is just a bad brand new unit, but thought I would ask here and see if anyone else had similar issues or advice for fixing?

I have a Feniex hammer installed in my cruiser and it was working well. Now it isn't working correctly. I thought it stopped working and after shutting off my cruiser, hit the button to activate it, you can hear it, but it is very low and not putting out the sound it is to be. Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong with it?
