Feniex typhoon full function issues

Good afternoon all, I just got my typhoon siren set up and I'm pretty pleased with almost everything. I was super excited about using the hidden Knight Rider and Jurassic Park themes but when I tried to test them, neither worked. After pressing the button sequence for Knight Rider, the ecto siren was activated. When pushing the buttons for Jurassic Park, the unit falls silent. And help would be greatly appreciated! I tried pushing the tone selector to see if that would do anything but nope.

This is really disappointing. Lol. Feniex tech support actually called me this morning and broke the bad news to me.
