I bring sad news of the first female LODD for the Philadelphia Fire Department. 36 year old Firefighter Joyce Craig Lewis, an 11 year veteran, made the Ultimate Sacrifice battling a basement fire. The fire was on Middleton Street in the West Oak Lane Section , and was reported a little after 3am.
