Fire Station Alert Tone

I'm upgrading the alert system at my fire station. We decode quick call II tones using a CDM1250. The external alarm wire output sets off the house bells and lights when we get a call. One of the nearby departments has a unique alert tone that I want to replicate. I believe it is a sound that plays over the PA system in the house when they get a call for about 4 seconds. The IT and radio guys at the department don't know, as they've had this tone for at least the last 10 years. Does anyone recognize the device that is generating the sound in the link?

I don’t but it’s pretty easy to take a .wave or. MP3 and have it triggered to play on the PA system when the quik call is triggered. Just need a wav or MP3 player that has triggers.
