i just need an invoice sent to me for the items I purchased since the department will not reimburse for this purchase without one. Any free invoice generating software for smart phones would work as long as it shows the lightbar and siren on it with your billing and contact info. I've sent several PMs and haven't heard from him in over a week yet he continues to logon and surf. I won't even go into the issues I had with the equipment he shipped, I just need the invoice!!
