The Sanomat are same a sireno and lumastrobe.So I know about the distinction between US and CIE colors, but the French FBH11 appears to be Us (not CIE) blue (as does the more slender Sanmat). Also, The Sanmat CIE blue appears to be a rebranded FBH11. All this based on the photo…would love to know more about the differences as well as a peak of the internals.
P.S. I spent 5 wonderful weeks backpacking through Western Europe in the summer of 1972, culminating in 5 glorious days en Paris…last dinner was at Le Sergent Recruteur, Île Saint-Louis, before flying home. ₣10! Wonderful memories!

were these lights made in France or in the USA? This Sanomat looks like a mixture of a FireBall (the dimension of the dome) and a SignalStat / SVP - Teardrop (the geardrive made of plastic).
