FS Highlighter Question

anyone know what type bulbs a highlighter uses???

Ok so I got the bulbs but now when the bar is on any slight little bump makes one rotator start to make a grinding noise and the bulb gets really dim.

sounds like a connection issue.........or something, not really familiar with the highlighters.
