Federal Signal FS rotor bar identification

Anyone have ideas. The small bar is FS highlighter led, but the rotor bars?
If they are FS you think they are the same ones from aero/street hawk?

Target Tech series bars.. I think the rotators were the same as found in the Halogen Vista bars. Going by memory Vista rotators and Streethawk rotators are not the same.. Vista rotators are more squared off closer to later gen Code 3 halogen rotators.

Turbobeam lightbars (TurboTech/Federal Signal) The reflector is the same as the Aerodynic and Streethawk but different bases.

Thanks for the help. I'll bid on em and see what happens. I'm more interested in the rotors for parts than the bars. I've got some street and Aero hawk projects that need some parts.
