On Sunday night around 11pm at a farm house in Buffalo Township, Washington County PA. Killed in the fire was the mother Lisa Hewitt and her five year old son, Timmy Hewitt Jr. According to reports they were trapped in a second story bedroom,where Lisa made two final phone calls,one to her husband Tim Sr., who was at work. The second call was to Washington County 911. She told dispatchers the house was fully involved,and that she and her son were trapped. First due units in could not make entry due to the intensity of the fire. As mutual aid companies arrived,and were prepairing to enter the structure, it collasped. The reason I am posting this is also the husband/father Tim Hewitt Ssenior is a member of Taylorstown V.F.D., which was first on scene.
