Has anyone ever heard of 911 Signal?

All are direct copies of other reputable products. Made in China. The quality is going to be okay at best, it is not going to be great quality. Buy from someone more reputable. Probably even some copyright issues, here.

I agree that they are all knock offs. However I did go to their youtube page and some of the lights are pretty impressive. Still skeptical though.

I understand that they are all knock-offs. I'm just seeing if anyone has seen/used their products. On their youtube page, they have an interior bar that looks pretty cool. It has 5 heads on each side, and each head can flash two colors. Their demo flashes amber/white. It kind of reminded me of the Chameleon light (I think I got the name right).

I want one of these. I think their price list said they were around $50 each.

Where did you find a price list?

They send us sample after sample trying to get us to do business with them and all of it is JUNK!! Funny thing is that they knockoffs of our Strobes N More brand lights so do they really think we would do business with them?

They / He / She is also a forum member, having 4 posts showing at the moment.i

There was a guy on the old board that worked for them. They prices where very very low. Talked to him about 3 weeks and was going to order a few things to test out... Never heard from again... I also think 911PSE was selling them too. The Tomar Blade KO was okay (saw in person) had pretty good output...

the new martial arts movie for cost conscience whackers:

en-crouching trademark/hidden patent!

is any of this stuff even gone through Underwriters Laboratories?

Everything I have seen that is made in China is fairly crappy. The stuff can look good, but components fail before they should. It is intimated that one siren model meets Calif. requirements, but I seriously doubt that it is certified as such by the CHP, if that matters. I also doubt that any US agency has tested the siren. If you have the funds to play with, get one and let us know what you think after 6 months of use. We certainly know from other members that Chinese lights are inferior, and I personally resent the fact the Chinese illegally infringe on US and European patents with impunity, while sending us toxic toys, and building their military, to one day challenge us.

"Siren is SAE J1849 and is CA Title 13 requirements", just what does his really mean?

Extreme Tactical dynamics also sell 911 signal. I learned this from contacting there supplier in china.

You manufacture your own lights or do you re-brand?

I have gotten lights from 911 signal before and I will say they are bright and I have seen reliable products come from them ....For a cheap knockoff ya you could use them but if you wanna get a tongue lashing on the forums for saying you like the products lol .......but hey everyone has a opinion and thought about everyone else's products .......IMO: I say cheap...good..and bright lights for what you pay for.....warranty is limited and you need to find a place to repair them.....Personally I saw a comment about Extreme Tactical Dynamics and that company is a complete joke the deputies here have so many lights half burnt out and they wont warranty the products unless u tell them your going to report them to the BBB.....so yeah 911 signal i say good....speedtech lights and extreme tactical dynamics stay far away from:thumbsup:

Extreme Tactical Dynamics is the US distributor for 911 Signal.

Chinese or knock off for first responder use I am against. Lives depend on it.For tow trucks, security, or any other non first responded, if you want to buy cheap junk, it doesn't matter. No one will get hurt.

The SNM Brand Lights are made by Mingtsann, in Taiwan, and yes...they will not sell to any other U.S. company other than Strobes N More.

Mingtsann - Professional Manufacture of car lamps

Thank you for making strobesnmore be honest, too bad they wouldn't be honest unless someone makes them. Sucks that Mingtsann don't sell to anyone else, they look like they have good stuff.

Banned for honesty, complaining about a well established company? huh.

You didn't see his other posts. That was nothing compared to what he was writing before.

The Soundoff ones are around $100 each and only have one LED in them. The 911 are half that and have 3 LED's plus E13 certification. (E13 won't exist soon if the eurozone fails)

Also I posted that in early Jan 2011.

I know how much they are...I was just jumping on the "knock the knock-offs" bandwagon. Guess that's what I get for trolling around for snarky things to say. :bonk:

Jared, not sure why we are getting dragged into a post over a year old but yes one of our manufacturers is Ming Tsann and they build to our strict standards, designs, and certifications. We have other companies that built our strobe kits, flood lights, mounts, etc... This has never been a secret and anyone who contacts them is referred to us.

I was just browsing the web and found their site.

And their youtube page: 911strobe - YouTube

It looks as if they are a Chinese supplier. Some of their lights look somewhat decent. I want to know if anyone has had any experience with them.

i had LV100 from 911signal, and my opinion the structure of the windshield lightbars is regular, not bad and not good, but the led bulb is completely rubbish, they says 1watt led, but for me is 0.50w or less, i 'don't know.. hahaha, 911signal the company is located in zhejinag province, one of the province made a lot of garbage,I say that because i always work with imports, and i 'don't like buys my goods from that province, Not all products in China are bad, they classify 3 types of quality is good, average and bad..
