This may have been discussed before, but i couldnt find anything in my search.

I have a set of HAW Leds, but before i drill into the taillight housings of my brand new truck, i was wondering if doing so would void my factory warranty?

Anyone had any issues of this before?

I in no way can imagine it would! I use to work as a tech at a gm dealership when i was younger and i've never heard of a such thing! Only mods like superchargers, forced induction, etc... can void factory warranties.

It shouldn't... It's not directly effecting anything that would be covered under a standard or extended warranty...

the only part of the warranty youre going to void is the warranty on the particular housing...
