Help identify federal sig beacon

2 flasher with cylinder as big as the bulbs connecting them

That's a Federal model 17.

Far left tag says 174 and has 4 stationary bulbs, far right says model 17 but has same 2 bulb rotating as the blue one

Blue 17 appears to be early version with slightly smaller dome, red is later one with dome the sme as 174,175,176
